FCS is a therapeutic, hands-on technique designed to release spasm in all tissues of the body, which are common sources of pain and dysfunction within the body. Please Note: The initial visit may take a little longer to allow time for the initial assessment.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (60 minute & 90 minute sessions available) $100* & $140*

A light, skin stretching technique that helps lymphatic fluid flow more freely, thus reducing swelling and fluid retention within the body. MLD can be used preventatively, and is often used after surgery or injury to reduce swelling and speed up the body’s natural healing process. Although different from a “traditional” massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage is very soothing and calming.

Swedish Massage (60 minute & 90 minute sessions available) $100* & $140*

The type of massage most people think of when going to a spa or trying to relax. Used for overall well-being, stress relief and relaxation.

Lymphatic Drainage-Swedish "Fusion" (90 minutes) $140*

Can't decide? My 90 minute full-body Manual Lymphatic Drainage-Swedish "fusion" session weaves these techniques together seamlessly. Includes a full-body treatment as well as an extended head, neck and face lymphatic drainage treatment.
